Different insoles are available for Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low to increase or reduce the volume in the shoe. For this purpose, we have developed a slightly thicker insole for narrow feet and a slightly thinner insole for wider feet.
Our Vario-Wide-Fit-System allows you to adjust the volume in the shoe.
HAIX shoes are 100% Made in Europe. For us, this is not just lip service, but lived practice. The men's model of the HAIX Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low is produced on a wider last to give wider feet more room in the shoe. There are no visual or functional differences here.

The Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low has a quick-release fastener with which the lacing can be quickly fixed. The lacing is easily tucked away in the flap, so that the hold is guaranteed during the working day.
The Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low can be put on and taken off quickly and easily, so that the focus can be fully placed on the work.
While the Athletic models have a somewhat plainer colour scheme, Adventure models are designed with bright, eye-catching colours. There are no functional differences.
The shoes not only have exceptional functionality and fit, but also a striking design.
As a leisure shoe, the Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low does not have to be tested according to the DGUV 112-191 (BGR 191) standard. This means that the shoe is not subject to certification. It is therefore suitable for orthopaedic insoles. This allows the Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low to be adapted even more optimally to the foot and to support its anatomical structure.

We produce in a UK shoe size system. The distance between our half UK sizes is only a few millimetres. This makes it more likely to find exactly the right shoe length.

You can simply wash the dirty shoes with water and a brush. Please do not dry the wet shoes (even if they are wet on the inside) on an open fire, a hot stove or a heater. This will change the shape of the shoe. Simply remove the footbed and stuff the shoes with newspaper or use a shoe tree. Then allow the shoes to air dry slowly. We recommend washing the footbed regularly at 30°. In general, it is best to remove the footbed from the shoes after every wear to ensure optimal re-drying.
Simply clean it with a brush and water and let it air dry.
From experience, the Black Eagle Adventure 2.2 GTX low is a normal size. We therefore recommend that you choose the usual size.
Experience has shown that the shoe fits normally.

Ich habe diesen und einen weiteren Schuh einer bekannten Marke zum Vergleich bestellt. Der Schuh von Haix macht einen wesentlich besseren Eindruck. Man steht wirklich fest und hat das Gefühl das der Schuh gut verarbeitet ist. Man muss den Schuh jedoch dringend einlaufen da man sonst auf weiten Strecken aufgrund des festen Materials mit Blasen rechnen muss. Der Preis ist im Vergleich eher hoch - doppelt so hoch wie der andere Schuh einer ebenfalls bekannten Outdoor Marke. Ob der Schuh wirklich hält was er verspricht wird sich über die Zeit zeigen aber er verspricht bereits viel.

Immer wieder HAIX
Ich wollte wirklich mal ein paar andere Schuhe.. seit Jahren nur HAIX, privat oder im Beruf. Nachdem ich in mehreren Schuhgeschäften war, musste ich feststellen.. es gibt keine Alternative zu HAIX. Kein Schuh kommt qualitativ an das heran was ich mittlerweile von einem Schuh erwarte. Also habe ich mir ein neues Paar HAIX bestellt . der Schuh ist wie erwartet in einer super Passform. Schaut modisch aus und ich freue mich auf die nächsten Hunderttausende Schritte. Wer einmal einen Schuh von HAIX hatte, kommt immer wieder zurück. Übrigens, meine alten Schuhe waren noch intakt… Ich wollte einfach mal nach 2 Jahren ein paar neue :-)
